1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings set out below:
- "pkgame7," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the pkgame7 platform and its operating company, accessible at pkgame7.click.
- "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered or is using a pkgame7 account.
- "Account" — the personal profile you create on pkgame7 to access all products and manage your PKR balance.
- "Balance" — the total PKR funds available in your pkgame7 account, including real money and any credited bonus amounts.
- "Bet" — any wager placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports round or any other market offered on pkgame7.
- "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or reward issued by pkgame7 under a current promotion.
- "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted.
- "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the only currency accepted and held on pkgame7.
2. Eligibility
To register and use pkgame7, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. pkgame7 does not allow minors to register or gamble on the platform under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request identity verification at any stage and to close accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
- You must be accessing pkgame7 of your own free will and for personal entertainment only. Using the platform on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order placed with pkgame7 or with any affiliated gaming operator.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are not sure whether gambling is lawful in your specific jurisdiction, you are responsible for taking appropriate legal advice before registering.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, agent or immediate family member of a pkgame7 employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
pkgame7 takes age verification seriously. Attempting to register with false age information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one pkgame7 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method or the same household — is a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information: your full legal name, valid mobile number, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. You must keep this information up to date. pkgame7 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all platforms handling real money transactions.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkgame7 login credentials. Never share your password with another person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact pkgame7 support immediately at support@pkgame7.click. We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep login details secure.
Account Closure by You
You may request account closure at any time by contacting pkgame7 support. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method within the standard processing timeframe, provided all relevant wagering requirements have been met.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
pkgame7 processes all transactions exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:
- Easypaisa
- JazzCash
- NayaPay
- SadaPay
- Bank Transfer (IBFT)
- Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
Deposits
The minimum deposit at pkgame7 is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though high-value deposits may trigger additional verification under our anti-money laundering policy. Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Processing delays caused by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. pkgame7 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. Requests submitted outside business hours will be processed the following working day. We reserve the right to request identity verification before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
pkgame7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any charges applied by your bank or digital wallet provider are outside our control and will be borne by you.
5. Betting Rules
All bets placed on pkgame7 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — cricket betting, football betting, live casino, virtual sports or Andar Bahar. These product-specific rules are displayed within each section of the platform and form part of these overall terms.
Bet Placement
A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from pkgame7 and a reference number is assigned to the wager. Until that confirmation is displayed, the bet is not accepted. pkgame7 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason, particularly where we have reason to believe the bet is related to match-fixing, insider information or any other integrity risk.
Errors and Technical Issues
If a technical fault occurs that results in a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds, or a game malfunctioning mid-round, pkgame7 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This is not a punitive measure — it is a standard safeguard used by all regulated gaming operators.
Settled Bets
Once a bet has been settled and the result reflected in your balance, that outcome is final. Disputes about settled bets must be raised with pkgame7 support within 72 hours of the settlement date. Claims raised after this window may not be considered.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
pkgame7 runs promotions from time to time including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback deals and loyalty rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which will be clearly shown when the offer is active. The general principles below apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device and payment method.
- Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The standard requirement is 10x the bonus amount, though individual promotions may specify a different figure.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus credit expires after the validity period.
- Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.5 (evens) will generally not count towards wagering requirements unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
- pkgame7 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion where abuse of the offer is suspected.
The Refer a Friend programme at pkgame7 is subject to its own separate terms available on the
Refer a Friend page. Referral rewards are only paid when the referred player completes a qualifying deposit.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on pkgame7. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
- Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
- Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit at pkgame7 (money laundering).
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
- Placing bets based on insider knowledge, match-fixing information or any other non-public advantage.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other unauthorised technology to interact with pkgame7.
- Abusing bonuses by opening multiple accounts, exploiting offer terms through low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
- Allowing a minor to use your pkgame7 account.
- Attempting to defraud pkgame7 through charge-backs, false dispute claims or any other method.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
pkgame7 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Typical reasons for suspension include suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, breach of these terms or concerns about the source of deposited funds.
Where an account is suspended for investigation, pkgame7 will aim to complete the review within 10 business days and communicate the outcome to the account holder. If the account is cleared, full access will be restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
You may also choose to close your own account voluntarily at any time. See Section 3 for the account closure process.
9. Privacy and Data
pkgame7 collects and processes personal data to operate player accounts, process transactions, verify identities, prevent fraud and communicate with players about their accounts and promotions. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Full details of what data we collect, how we store it, how long we keep it and what rights you have over it are available in the Privacy Policy. Reading the Privacy Policy is strongly recommended alongside these Terms and Conditions.
By registering at pkgame7, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account closure, though this will mean you can no longer use the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
pkgame7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or events outside our control — including internet outages, payment provider downtime or force majeure events — may occasionally disrupt the service.
pkgame7 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any other indirect loss resulting from:
- Temporary unavailability of the platform.
- Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data feed failures, where we have acted in good faith on the information available.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms.
- Losses arising from gambling decisions made on pkgame7. Betting always carries financial risk and pkgame7 is not responsible for gambling losses.
Nothing in these terms limits pkgame7's liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Responsible Gaming
pkgame7 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have built tools into the platform specifically to help manage this risk.
The following tools are available to all pkgame7 account holders at no charge:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can add to your account.
- Session Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a set play duration.
- Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to pkgame7. Self-exclusion requests are applied immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Changes to These Terms
pkgame7 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. The effective date of the current version is shown at the top of this page.
Continued use of pkgame7 after any change to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an updated version, you should stop using the platform and contact support to discuss closing your account and withdrawing any remaining balance.
